Now remember residents of Ward 8 this was your choice, you had your say and your voice was heard. If your funding it and your following it you may be the problem. When you let your civil servants choose who they want on their team not yours you just know your captivity grows along with the incompetent dictatorship that rules you and the voice you aloud to be silenced. The bylaw should be changed. If vacancy is more than one year from next election, a by-election should be held to determine the winner.
